About this role
Role overview Manage a portfolio of customer onboarding and professional services projects for supply chain technology and fulfillment solutions. You’ll guide work from customer agreement through launch and post-launch support, coordinating business, technical, and operational teams while balancing customer outcomes, timelines, scope, resources, and risks.
Responsibilities - Lead multiple customer projects, including fulfillment onboarding, software-only warehouse or order management system launches, and other professional services engagements. - Coordinate commercial, implementation, integration, and operations partners through planning, systems setup, procedures and training, testing, launch, and post-launch support. - Manage changing priorities, scope, schedules, budgets, resource constraints, and project risks with sound judgment. - Track delivery against commitments and revenue goals; establish or improve metrics that reveal how onboarding is performing. - Design and deliver technology and process improvements for existing customers, including internal tools and migrations from legacy systems. - Gather customer feedback and recommend improvements to service offerings, solution design, and onboarding processes.
Requirements - Experience in a cross-functional, customer-facing change role, such as consulting, customer implementation, or management in supply chain services, software, or consulting. - A record of delivering results in complex, fast-paced settings while managing competing priorities, limited resources, and risks. - Clear written and verbal communication with customers and internal teams at different levels and across disciplines. - Resilience, adaptability, and the confidence to clarify unclear requirements and challenge unsupported assumptions. - Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%, including for important customer kickoff and go-live milestones. - A continuous improvement mindset focused on customer outcomes and successful delivery.
Nice to have Supply chain or logistics experience, especially implementing warehouse or order management systems, software, or fulfillment solutions; solution design experience; and experience leading business process change or retiring legacy systems.
