About this role
Role overview Set the digital product direction and lead growth initiatives for products serving health plan members. The role owns strategy from opportunity assessment and roadmap development through piloting, launch, and scaling, with a focus on adoption, customer value, revenue growth, and measurable business outcomes. It requires close partnership across product, analytics, marketing, sales, finance, and other enterprise teams.
Responsibilities - Build multi-year product visions and roadmaps, including capability and investment priorities. - Identify market and customer opportunities, assess competitors, and turn insights into product strategy. - Guide new capabilities from concept and pilot through commercialization and broader adoption. - Define adoption, financial, and product performance measures, then use results to improve outcomes. - Develop business cases and scalable operating approaches for growth initiatives. - Manage delivery risks, resolve barriers, and communicate recommendations to senior leaders. - Align cross-functional partners around priorities, decisions, and execution.
Requirements - At least 10 years of experience in product management, product strategy, or digital strategy. - At least seven years in digital work leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization. - At least seven years presenting to and influencing executive stakeholders. - At least five years leading the design and launch of complex products or processes. - Deep experience in digital product strategy and delivery in healthcare, with evidence of growth, cost savings, or new business results. - Ability to use data, market analysis, customer research, and feasibility assessments to turn ambiguity into executable plans. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience; travel may reach 10% annually.
Nice to have A master’s degree is preferred. Experience applying AI or emerging technologies to digital products and working in Agile or SAFe environments is valued.
