About this role
Role overview Set and execute the growth strategy for AI-related products, taking opportunities from market hypotheses to customer deployments and repeatable adoption. The director will work across product, engineering, go-to-market teams, enterprise customers, and ecosystem partners to establish which customers to serve, which outcomes to deliver, and how to scale successful use cases.
Responsibilities - Define and refine the growth thesis for AI opportunities, including target customer segments, valuable outcomes, and workflows to support. - Work directly with enterprise customers on technical deployments, validate product value, and turn proven approaches into repeatable sales motions. - Build partnerships and integrations, assess how offerings fit into broader technology ecosystems, and work with business development on commercial terms. - Align engineering and go-to-market teams around shared goals, moving work forward across organizational boundaries. - Use evidence from customers and deployments to guide decisions in a fast-changing market.
Requirements - At least eight years of product management experience, including ownership of a revenue or adoption target. - Experience launching a new product area or entering a market, from initial hypothesis through production customer use. - Track record of owning technical enterprise deployments and translating results into scalable go-to-market practices. - Experience developing technology partnerships and integrations, including ecosystem positioning and commercial discussions. - Technical fluency to discuss how AI agents are built, deployed, and granted system access with developers and security architects. - Ability to influence engineering and go-to-market partners without direct authority, make decisions amid uncertainty, and take end-to-end ownership. - Uses AI agents in day-to-day work while applying independent judgment to product decisions and relationships.
Nice to have - Background in security products, agentic products, or developer tools. - Familiarity with products that provide AI agents with credentials and access to the systems they use.
