Senior Product Manager, Core App

Role overview

This is a senior product leadership role focused on a consumer mobile health application that delivers AI-powered coaching for chronic cardiometabolic conditions such as type II diabetes, hypertension, and obesity. The work sits at the intersection of healthcare, applied AI, and human-centered design, with a mission to help users prevent and manage chronic disease through personalized, real-time engagement. The position owns a significant portion of the core app and AI coaching experience end to end.

Responsibilities

- Drive development of the core mobile app and AI coaching experience, guiding features from concept through launch - Apply a hypothesis-driven approach to define and refine features using market analysis, user testing, and product data - Own a slice of the product roadmap, translating user insights and business goals into initiatives, requirements, and release plans - Lead measurement practices including experiment design, metric selection, and evidence-based decision making - Set and track key results, communicating outcomes to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership - Partner closely with enrollment and EHR-related teams to keep work aligned around member outcomes

Requirements

- Track record of shipping consumer mobile products that resonate with real users under practical constraints - Demonstrated product judgment and craft in prior work - Hands-on experience shipping AI-powered features, with awareness of accuracy, member trust, and unpredictable outputs - Strong analytics and experimentation skills, including comfort with tools for experimentation, product analytics, business intelligence, and data warehousing - Familiarity with lean product development practices in a distributed team environment - Understanding of behavior change and the boundary between coaching and clinical care in a regulated setting

Nice to have

- Experience with the Medicare or older-adult population, or in B2C health, wellness, or fitness - Familiarity with responsible AI practices and the healthcare-specific questions they raise
