About this role
Role overview
A Senior Technical Program Manager role owning post-sale delivery for a small portfolio of high-stakes enterprise accounts on a peer-to-peer data sync platform. The position blends hands-on program management, cross-functional orchestration across engineering, product, and support, and commercial ownership of renewals for customers integrating SDK- and API-based products.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain documented program plans for every assigned account, including milestones, risks, dependencies, and clear ownership - Drive implementations from kickoff through production go-live, working backwards from launch to ensure nothing slips - Translate ambiguous customer requirements into actionable engineering deliverables in partnership with product, engineering, and forward-deployed engineers - Coordinate parallel work streams across multiple accounts while keeping close watch on at-risk items - Serve as the single point of accountability for assigned accounts and own incident and escalation management end-to-end - Drive renewal outcomes for the portfolio and ensure renewals are never a surprise - Run quarterly business reviews and executive business reviews that reflect real program status, not just a health score - Surface expansion signals and feed structured account intelligence back to product and engineering
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing complex technical implementations with direct, customer-facing accountability - Proven ability to translate ambiguous customer requirements into specific, actionable engineering deliverables - Comfort owning commercial renewals and retention outcomes without carrying a formal quota - Comfort operating in fast-moving, under-defined environments - Strong written and verbal communication with both technical audiences (engineering leads, developers) and executive audiences (VP, C-suite) - Experience coordinating across engineering, product, and support teams without direct authority
Nice to have
- Background in technical program management, professional services, or implementation at a platform or infrastructure SaaS company - Exposure to SDK- or API-based products where customers build on top of the platform - Experience managing incident escalations with engineering dependencies - Located in or near Atlanta or Washington DC
Benefits and work setup
- Competitive salaries and meaningful equity for every team member - US benefits include health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, plus a 401(k) and flexible spending accounts - Flexible time off regardless of location - Remote-first team with an Atlanta office available for those who want a place to work or meet up
