Product Manager

Role overview This Product Manager role centers on owning the roadmap for a core module within a B2B SaaS platform that helps organizations manage physical assets, facilities, and operational data at scale. The position involves close collaboration with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to shape features, prioritize work, and deliver solutions that improve how users track, service, and operate their equipment. It is a full-time, remote opportunity well suited to someone energized by fast-paced product work and cross-functional problem solving.

Responsibilities - Define module-level product vision and roadmap grounded in market research and direct customer input - Author PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria that translate strategy into clear, actionable deliverables - Drive agile ceremonies and shepherd features from discovery through launch, coordinating across engineering and design - Partner with Sales and Customer Success to capture customer feedback, prioritize requests, and surface new opportunities - Analyze usage data, define success metrics, and assess the impact of shipped features on adoption and retention - Communicate priorities, trade-offs, and progress clearly to stakeholders across the organization

Requirements - 3+ years of Product Management experience in a B2B SaaS environment - Track record of owning the full product lifecycle, from initial discovery through iteration and growth - Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated cross-functional collaboration - Data-driven mindset with comfort defining and working alongside metrics, analytics, and usage insights - Highly energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented, with the ability to adapt quickly and embrace ownership of outcomes

Nice to have - Background with asset, inventory, or facilities management software - Familiarity with broadcast, live event, or media production technology and the operations that keep those systems running - Experience with equipment lifecycle management, firmware, or workflow automation concepts
