Remote job
Senior Product Manager, Platform & Integrations
Job details
About this role
Role overview
This is a senior product management role focused on the foundational layer of a secure data exchange platform used by government agencies and enterprise customers worldwide to handle sensitive regulatory and law enforcement data requests through a digital workflow. The position owns the platform "rails" — identity, APIs, integrations, and infrastructure — that internal product teams and external developer customers build on. Success is measured by how easily other teams adopt what ships, rather than by direct end-user KPIs, making this a deeply technical and cross-functional platform PM role.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for the internal identity provider that powers single sign-on, authentication, and access control across every product, including the migration away from legacy identity systems. - Drive the next phase of Model Context Protocol (MCP) server work, defining use cases, integration points, and how MCP interacts with platform APIs and AI agent workflows. - Design a bi-directional API strategy in response to enterprise developer demand, prioritizing asks and aligning engineering teams on delivery. - Shape infrastructure decisions around enclave-based data models, long-term compliance readiness (including FedRAMP on the horizon), and how new capabilities plug into the platform. - Build internal team adoption of platform capabilities by setting the internal go-to-market and measuring success through team uptake. - Partner with engineering leadership across multiple product areas to align on prioritization, sequencing, and architectural tradeoffs. - Represent the technical customer voice for direct API users and platform partners, translating specific needs into platform capabilities.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management or technical program management experience in enterprise B2B SaaS, with senior-tier ownership at established platform companies. - Hands-on background in platform, API, identity, or integrations — owning developer-facing APIs, identity providers, SSO, RBAC, or equivalent under-the-hood platform work. - Technical fluency to engage engineering leadership on architectural tradeoffs and design decisions; comfortable going deep without needing to be an engineer by training. - Experience working with sensitive data in fintech, security, health tech, compliance, or another regulated enterprise category. - Cross-functional operator who drives alignment across multiple engineering managers and converts dependencies into clear plans. - Comfort working in a startup environment where processes are still being defined and decisions require judgment under ambiguity.
Nice to have
- Background as a software engineer before transitioning to product management. - Prior experience at enterprise platform companies. - Product experience with MCP or agentic AI workflows. - Bi-directional API or large-scale webhook design. - Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, SOC 2, or GDPR.
Benefits and work setup
- Remote-first within the U.S. - Periodic team offsets in various cities. - Competitive salary and meaningful equity. - Unlimited vacation plus 14 company holidays. - Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage. - 401(k) retirement plan. - Dynamic environment working on high-priority, high-impact matters.
