Creative Localization Specialist

About this role
Role overview Adapt creative materials for audiences using more than 16 languages, preserving both the intended message and the quality of the original design. You’ll coordinate localization from translation handoff through final review, working across design, localization, and product teams on digital, print, presentation, and motion assets.
Responsibilities - Localize and prepare creative files in InDesign, Figma, and other design or motion formats. - Submit translation requests through a localization platform and place completed translations into design files. - Adjust layouts, typography, spacing, and visual elements to accommodate language differences, including text expansion or contraction. - Review localized work for language accuracy, formatting, visual consistency, and design quality. - Coordinate timelines, file handoffs, versions, status updates, and deliverables across languages and formats. - Maintain organized asset libraries and help improve templates and production workflows.
Requirements - At least two years of experience in creative production, localization, graphic design, or a related field. - Proficiency with Adobe InDesign and Figma; basic familiarity with After Effects, Premiere, or similar motion tools. - Experience with localization workflows and multilingual design practices. - Strong knowledge of layout, typography, spacing, and visual design, with careful attention to detail. - Excellent organization, communication, and collaboration skills, including the ability to manage several deadlines independently and with a team.
Nice to have - A degree in graphic design, localization, marketing, communications, or a related area. - Experience with localization platforms or computer-assisted translation tools, right-to-left languages, design-to-code handoffs, or multimedia localization. - Background in software, technology, cybersecurity, or work serving global audiences.
