Role overview A mid-level .NET Engineer is needed to contribute to the development and expansion of a fintech product within a team focused on research, analysis, and product development. The role centers on scalable, high-traffic systems where engineering decisions directly shape the product, blending data-driven thinking with a continuous-improvement mindset. It suits engineers who enjoy solving complex problems in fintech and want to deepen their craft with modern tooling.

Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions for high-traffic systems using C# and modern .NET. - Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable software architectures. - Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional stakeholders to design and deliver features. - Write clean, maintainable, testable, and well-documented code supported by unit and integration tests. - Investigate production issues and improve system observability through logs, metrics, traces, and business data. - Research and introduce new technologies, tools, and engineering practices that improve product quality and development efficiency.

Requirements - 3+ years of commercial experience with C# and modern .NET. - Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms. - Hands-on experience with multithreading and asynchronous programming. - Hands-on experience building and operating production systems. - Familiarity with distributed systems and event-driven architectures, including message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Kafka. - Understanding of scalability and reliability principles, with some exposure to performance tuning. - Solid experience with relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL); NoSQL familiarity is a plus. - Experience working with APIs such as REST, GraphQL, or gRPC. - Hands-on experience with Entity Framework and Docker, plus a basic understanding of Kubernetes concepts. - Experience writing unit and integration tests, plus CI/CD tooling familiarity, Agile comfort, and hands-on use of AI-powered coding assistants. - English proficiency at B1 level or higher.

Nice to have - Experience with ClickHouse or other analytical databases for large-scale data processing. - Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms. - Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform. - Background in fintech, trading, or other high-load domains.
