Junior Full-Stack Engineer

Role overview Join an early-career engineering team supporting international product initiatives that bring conversational AI experiences to web surfaces. This is a hands-on full-stack role for someone who already has a foundation in web development and wants to grow by working closely with senior engineers, conversation designers, and cross-functional partners in a remote, supportive environment.

Responsibilities - Integrate conversational bot experiences into landing pages and related product surfaces. - Work with configuration files and implementation details needed to launch and validate integrations. - Collaborate with engineers, conversation designers, and other partners to support experiments and ensure smooth execution. - Test changes, investigate issues, and help maintain quality across integrations. - Use AI-assisted development tools to support coding, validation, and workflow execution. - Document recurring processes and contribute ideas for simplifying and automating manual work over time. - Contribute to additional engineering tasks within the broader team when integration workload allows.

Requirements - Around one or more years of hands-on software development experience. - Solid foundation in JavaScript/TypeScript and general web development. - Experience with a front-end framework such as React (preferred), Angular, or similar. - Basic knowledge of .NET and back-end development concepts. - Comfort working with existing code, configuration files, and integration tasks. - Curiosity about AI-powered products, conversational AI, and modern AI development tools. - Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement, with attention to detail during testing and issue investigation. - Good communication skills and confident English for collaboration with an international team.

Nice to have - Background that combines technical comfort with an interest in conversational design or applied AI products.
