Identity Consultant

Role overview

Serve as a customer-facing advisor on identity, fraud, and risk strategy from early solution planning through implementation and ongoing customer growth. You will help enterprise customers design verification workflows that fit their risk profile and business goals, then coordinate the technical and operational steps needed for a successful launch.

Responsibilities

- Assess customer risk profiles and recommend tailored fraud prevention strategies. - Advise on risk controls, customer friction, and verification workflow design. - Develop reusable identity workflows suited to different industries and use cases. - Identify and resolve technical, regulatory, policy, or operational obstacles to launch. - Advise customer risk and fraud teams on evolving fraud patterns and practices. - Track implementation milestones, validate integrations against recommended practices, and confirm success criteria. - Coordinate readiness reviews and launch-day execution with customer and internal teams.

Requirements

- Relevant experience in fraud, identity, AML/KYC, digital risk, or a related field. - Customer-facing work in consulting, technical account management, solutions, professional services, product, or implementation. - Strong analytical and consultative skills, especially in risk strategy and workflow design. - Project coordination skills and experience aligning teams across functions such as product, engineering, and legal or compliance. - Ability to explain complex technical fraud topics clearly to executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

Experience with identity verification, fraud, compliance, financial technology, or enterprise software; understanding of APIs, SaaS integrations, or implementation methods; project management certification or equivalent experience; and work with global enterprise customers.

Benefits and work setup
