Full Stack Engineer

Role overview

Build and maintain an enterprise software product powered by AI, taking features from early ideas through production. This hands-on position spans frontend and backend development, AI-enabled workflows, and internal tools. You will work closely with product, design, engineering, and operational teams in an environment where priorities can shift and teams are expected to ship quickly.

Responsibilities

- Own user-facing features through planning, implementation, release, and ongoing maintenance. - Design and build AI agents, backend services, APIs, and web interfaces. - Collaborate with product, design, and engineering colleagues to shape and deliver features. - Partner with teams such as finance, customer support, and go-to-market to create tools that reduce manual work. - Make implementation decisions and manage your work across the full stack, adapting as product needs evolve.

Requirements

- Approximately two to four years of professional full-stack development experience. - Experience building and maintaining production software used by customers or other real users. - Ability to work across frontend and backend systems and learn unfamiliar tools quickly. - Strong product and design judgment, with care for the quality of user-facing experiences. - Comfort taking ownership of a product area, setting priorities, and working through ambiguity. - Clear communication and effective collaboration with people across different functions. - Active familiarity with AI development tools and current large language model and agent technologies.

Nice to have

- Experience at an early-stage startup or building independent products. - Familiarity with interaction design and animation resources or practices.
