Role overview
Improve the experience of integrating with public APIs by making interfaces, software development kits, documentation, and testing tools clearer and safer to use. The role combines hands-on SDK maintenance, technical writing, integration tooling, and input into API design.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve server-side SDKs and code samples. - Write and review API references and integration guides for technical audiences. - Build tools that help developers test integrations, such as sandbox fixtures and webhook replay. - Gather feedback from merchants and partners and translate it into practical improvements. - Contribute to API design reviews, with a focus on ease of integration and preventing misuse.
Requirements
- Experience building or maintaining public APIs or SDKs. - Strong technical writing skills. - Familiarity with at least two of TypeScript, Python, Java, or Go. - Interest in payments.
