About this role
Role overview Build the analytics and operating practices that guide a large partner ecosystem, while helping evolve its AI-enabled tools. The role combines data strategy, partner operations, and process improvement: leadership should be able to use trusted reporting to make decisions about partner investment, performance, and commercial models.
Responsibilities - Define data structures, metrics, and reporting practices for a portfolio of more than 150 partnerships, including how definitions are approved and updated. - Own partner dashboards, activity reports, pipeline summaries, and executive materials; automate their production where possible. - Analyze partner performance to inform investment, tiering, and commercial decisions. - Run and improve data and technology partner processes, including program delivery, joint selling and delivery, performance tracking, and monetization. - Turn partner data usage into insights about portfolio optimization and revenue opportunities. - Prototype and refine AI and automation tools, testing them with colleagues and exploring predictive signals for performance, opportunities, and risk.
Requirements - At least 4 years in analytics, data strategy, business operations, or a similar analytical role. - Strong analytical skills, including working with large datasets, defining metrics, reconciling inconsistent data, identifying trends, and producing reliable reports. - Proficiency with Excel, business intelligence tools, and data analysis; comfort scripting data workflows when needed. - Ownership and operational discipline, with attention to attribution, reporting accuracy, and repeatable cross-functional processes. - Clear communication across partner, sales, finance, product, and leadership audiences, including the ability to turn operational detail into executive-ready narratives. - Interest in using AI and automation to reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and scale operations.
Nice to have Consulting experience; work in partnerships, alliances, or channel management; familiarity with professional services or financial and legal markets; or experience building AI-assisted reporting and operational workflows.
