About this role
Role overview Own the technical and operational backbone of measurement campaigns for a real-time consumer intelligence and ad measurement platform, working remotely within the U.S. The role partners with sales, account management, publishers, agencies, and brands to ensure clean implementation, accurate attribution, and frictionless campaign delivery across multiple products and dashboards.
Responsibilities - Act as the technical expert for measurement product offerings, supporting account managers and partnering with brands and agencies to onboard pixel implementations on websites through testing and validation - Perform quality assurance and publisher-facing support of third-party tags, streamlining processes to prevent inaccurate results or corrupt data, and identifying discrepancies to drive fast resolution - Serve as subject matter expert on measurement dashboards, platforms, and pixel generation, supporting cross-functional teams during campaign execution - Certify and onboard new publisher partners, and monitor reporting to ensure clean data flow - Deliver custom and ad-hoc reporting to internal and external stakeholders, and surface feedback that shapes product development
Requirements - Three or more years of experience in ad operations or a similar role, with at least one year of client-facing experience preferred - Proficiency in Excel and quantitative analysis, plus working knowledge of HTML and JavaScript - Familiarity with multiple demand-side platforms such as DV360 or TTD, and third-party asset or tracking providers like DoubleVerify or MOAT - Experience using debugging tools such as Charles Web Debugging Proxy or Fiddler, and hands-on work with website and cross-device tagging and tracking - Comfort using AI tools to support operations and troubleshooting workflows
Nice to have - Experience in SQL - Familiarity with clean room environments
