About this role
Role overview Lead internal product and business transformation work from early problem discovery through implementation and adoption. Requirements - At least five years of relevant experience in product, project, business analysis, or transformation roles in a technology-driven organization. - Direct experience owning internal systems or process improvement initiatives from an unclear problem through rollout and measurable outcomes. - Knowledge of product and project management methods, including judgment about when software is needed versus a simpler operational fix. - Hands-on use of AI, automation, or low-code/no-code tools to improve workflows, test ideas, or create prototypes. - Strong analytical, organizational, prioritization, and delivery skills, with clear communication and stakeholder influence. - Fluent spoken and written English; able to work independently across time zones.
Nice to have - Experience in B2B marketing operations, lead or demand generation, marketing automation, or marketing technology. - Familiarity with workflow tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make.
