Middle+ Project Manager (Remote, Contract)

Role overview

A remote contract position for a project manager who will own end-to-end delivery of AI and technology initiatives. The work spans shaping requirements across business and technical stakeholders and driving implementation through structured project leadership. This is a hands-on delivery role suited to someone comfortable bridging business analysis and execution in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

- Lead projects from initiation through implementation, coordinating across multiple departments to meet scope, timeline, and budget targets - Own planning activities including solution design, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management - Analyze existing workflows and business processes, surface optimization opportunities, and translate findings into clear project requirements - Drive process improvements using research, process modeling, data analysis, and gap analysis techniques - Coordinate cross-functional business and technical teams, managing scope, priorities, and backlogs - Lead change management and adoption efforts, ensuring stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

- 4+ years of project management experience leading initiatives from initial request through full implementation - Background working inside a product company or startup with internal stakeholders and users - Experience managing digital products, SaaS platforms, technology, or AI-related projects - Hands-on exposure to AI-powered products, AI solutions, or AI-enabled business processes - Demonstrated ability to analyze and improve business workflows beyond default SDLC practices - Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English fluency

- Background in business analysis or product management - Proficiency with no-code or low-code tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble, or Bolt
