Job details
About this role
Role overview Shape the first hour a developer spends with an AI infrastructure platform. The position owns the end-to-end path from initial reading to a successful first request through a customer's own provider account, deciding whether adoption feels like a simple configuration change or a full rewrite. The work blends hands-on engineering with technical writing and community-facing advocacy.
Responsibilities - Maintain documentation, quickstart guides, and API reference material so they accurately reflect the live gateway. - Build integration guides and sample applications for common frameworks across the TypeScript, Python, and Dart SDKs. - Curate and update the instructions and prompts that coding agents use to integrate the platform into external codebases. - Collect structured developer feedback and translate it into concrete product and API improvements. - Author technical articles that teach production AI operations, distinct from product announcements.
Requirements - Three or more years as a software engineer, developer advocate, or technical writer for a developer-facing product. - Fluency in TypeScript or Python, with the ability to read and review code in the other. - Clear, concise technical writing paired with working, tested code samples. - Hands-on experience building applications that call LLM APIs.
Nice to have - Dart or Flutter experience. - Experience publishing and maintaining SDKs on package registries such as npm, PyPI, or pub.dev. - Familiarity with frameworks such as the Vercel AI SDK or LangChain.
