Director of Design - fully remote! at inflect. ATS location: US - Remote. Source ATS: greenhouse.io. What You Will Do In This Role As the Director of Design at Inflect, you report directly to the VP of Technology and will sit within the Engineering team and lead our design function with true authority. This is a highly visible and strategic hands-on role where you set the UI/UX and brand direction, make the tough calls, and relentlessly drive them into our shipped product and marketing surfaces.
