Job details
About this role
Role overview This is an early-career design position focused on building and maintaining a reusable system of brand assets rather than producing one-off pieces. Working alongside senior design and marketing leadership, the role supports a healthcare technology company’s visual identity across presentations, marketing collateral, social graphics, video, and print. It suits someone with strong visual fundamentals who is energized by organization, templates, and helping teammates apply the brand consistently.
Responsibilities - Organize, maintain, and improve a shared library of graphics, templates, presentations, video elements, and other reusable creative resources, including naming, versioning, and access conventions. - Help maintain and expand the brand guide, turning brand standards into useful templates and tools that colleagues across the organization can apply. - Design and refine presentations, campaign graphics, sales and marketing collateral, and supporting visual elements based on team priorities. - Create on-brand graphics for social media and digital campaigns with an emphasis on reusable systems rather than rebuilding common assets each time. - Edit, assemble, and prepare video content for marketing, social, sales, and internal use, including titles, graphic elements, and simple motion treatments. - Produce print-ready materials and ensure files meet visual, technical, and production requirements.
Requirements - A portfolio (internships, freelance, or comparable work) showing strong typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and attention to detail across digital and print. - Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. - Experience creating or refining presentations in PowerPoint or Google Slides. - Familiarity with shared asset libraries or digital asset-management systems and an interest in building clear, reusable systems. - Working knowledge of print-production requirements and file preparation. - Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to take feedback, manage multiple assignments, and follow work through to completion.
Nice to have - 2–3 years of relevant graphic design experience. - Motion graphics or animation work in After Effects or comparable tools. - Video editing experience using Premiere Pro or similar software. - Familiarity with Figma, website design, or digital design systems. - Experience with AI-assisted creative tools and responsible creative-use practices. - Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, or prior work in healthcare, SaaS, or another technical industry.
Benefits and work setup - Remote-friendly role with core working hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in the employee’s timezone; minimal travel expected.
