Role overview As a Graphic Production Artist on a global creative team, the role focuses on adapting, resizing, and producing high volumes of marketing collateral, advertising, and brand promotional materials. The position sits within a fast-paced creative services environment supporting a major consumer and lifestyle brand, ensuring consistent visual quality across many formats and channels.
Responsibilities - Adapt and resize existing creative into on-brand formats that align with established design concepts and brand guidelines. - Manage and execute high-volume creative production requests, accurately formatting marketing and communication materials while honoring project timelines and technical specifications. - Collaborate with art directors, designers, copywriters, and broader creative team members to implement creative direction and preserve design integrity throughout production. - Prepare, revise, and finalize production-ready files, maintaining brand consistency, quality standards, and compliance with technical specifications across multiple formats and channels. - Prioritize and balance multiple concurrent production requests, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule without sacrificing quality. - Communicate production requirements, technical specifications, project status, and timelines within the creative team, flagging potential issues early and coordinating solutions to keep projects on track.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field preferred. - 3 or more years of experience in graphic production, graphic design, creative services, or marketing communications. - 3 or more years of experience working within a large consumer or lifestyle brand environment. - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, with strong attention to file setup and production specifications.
Nice to have - Familiarity with production workflows that support high-volume adaptations across digital and print channels. - Comfort working in a globally distributed creative team and managing competing deadlines.
