Professional Services Consultant

Role overview A remote, customer-facing consulting role guiding enterprise clients through the deployment, integration, and ongoing operation of a breach containment and microsegmentation platform. The position blends deep technical work with project management and client advisory skills, helping organizations adopt Zero Trust principles across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

Responsibilities - Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding integration of the platform into their environments. - Manage deployments and upgrades, coordinating timelines and resources for successful rollouts. - Conduct technical reviews and advise on change preparation for deployments. - Develop API-based scripts to enhance service deployment, monitoring, and management. - Share best practices, documentation, and optimization recommendations throughout the engagement. - Monitor deployments, troubleshoot anomalies, and resolve performance issues. - Serve as the primary interface between client teams and internal product and support organizations. - Provide metrics and reporting on deployment effectiveness, and run knowledge transfer sessions for client teams.

Requirements - 3+ years of consulting or advisory experience in a technical setting. - Strong hands-on experience with Linux (CentOS or Red Hat preferred) and Windows Server platforms. - Experience with major cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI. - Familiarity with container platforms such as Kubernetes or OpenShift. - Proficiency with scripting and automation tools, for example Bash, Python, Ruby, Chef, Puppet, or Ansible. - Solid grasp of networking concepts including network flows, protocols, and application security controls. - Strong client-facing, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to unfamiliar technologies quickly.

Nice to have - Project management experience is a strong plus. - Willingness to travel to a Silicon Valley headquarters for product training and knowledge development. - Prior experience with the specific platform is not required, as training will be provided.
