Role overview
Design and deliver identity governance solutions using Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud. You will work through the full implementation lifecycle, translating customer needs into integrated systems and supporting complex technical issues.
Responsibilities
- Configure and deploy Saviynt solutions to meet customer requirements and connect with existing applications. - Lead implementation work from requirements and solution design through development, testing, deployment, and documentation. - Run customer workshops, clarify needs, and communicate progress and technical decisions. - Troubleshoot complex platform issues and build third-party integrations using Java, SQL, and REST APIs. - Lead technical discussions and proof-of-concept activities; coordinate with engineering and operations teams on resolutions.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience designing, configuring, and customizing Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud solutions. - Technical knowledge of cloud security, Java/J2EE, SQL, REST or SOAP services, and LDAP directories. - Strong understanding of identity governance, including user lifecycle management, provisioning, reconciliation, audits, access certifications, and segregation of duties. - Ability to gather requirements, manage expectations, and communicate technical material clearly in writing and presentations. - Excellent spoken and written English.
