Role overview
Design and deliver enterprise identity and access management solutions, while serving as a trusted point of contact for clients throughout the work. The role combines hands-on implementation with ongoing customer success, collaboration across technical teams, and guidance for less experienced colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Shape and implement IAM solutions that address client needs and follow sound security practices. - Maintain regular client relationships, understand changing requirements, and identify opportunities to improve their IAM services. - Track how well deployed solutions perform and recommend adjustments or future enhancements. - Coordinate with teams across disciplines to integrate IAM into complex technology environments. - Provide technical direction and mentoring to junior colleagues. - Keep up with developments in IAM and related technologies to inform service improvements.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing enterprise IAM solutions using at least one platform such as One Identity, Saviynt, SailPoint, Ping IDM/AM, or Entra ID. - Strong grasp of IAM principles, protocols, and technologies, with the ability to translate client needs into effective technical solutions. - Experience delivering end-to-end IAM projects and producing high-quality outcomes. - Proven ability to build trusted relationships with clients and communicate with varied stakeholders. - Technical leadership skills, including mentoring colleagues. - Professional fluency in English; ability to continue developing as both a technical expert and client advisor.
