Role overview
Join a managed services team supporting customers’ privileged access management environments. The role begins with a two- to three-month training program covering PAM concepts and tools, followed by customer-facing operational work that includes platform maintenance, troubleshooting, and account administration.
Responsibilities
- Complete structured PAM training with theory, practical exercises, and support from experienced colleagues. - Serve as a customer contact for PAM services, handling day-to-day operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting. - Manage privileged accounts and connect new target systems to the platforms. - Resolve incidents and service requests in coordination with other teams. - Assist with platform upgrades and maintain technical documentation. - Participate in occasional on-call coverage.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in IT operations. - Good understanding of systems and network infrastructure, such as Windows Server and firewalls. - Fluent German and good English. - Structured, independent, customer-focused approach to work. - Enjoyment of technical problem solving and ability to work collaboratively.
Nice to have
- ITIL certification. - Familiarity with CyberArk, Delinea, or One Identity Safeguard is relevant to the training and service focus.
