Senior Product Designer

Role overview Lead product design for customer experiences across a digital service’s website and native iOS app. The role spans discovery, interaction and visual design, prototyping, launch, and ongoing improvement, with close partnership across product, engineering, research, and analytics.

Responsibilities - Guide complex design work from identifying customer problems through delivery and iteration. - Use research, customer feedback, behavioral data, and market insights to shape priorities and test assumptions. - Create accessible, polished experiences for iOS and responsive web, including clear information architecture and platform-appropriate interactions. - Build interactive, high-fidelity prototypes that demonstrate motion and behavior; use AI-assisted tools thoughtfully to explore ideas and support implementation. - Improve shared components, patterns, and motion principles so experiences feel cohesive across the customer journey. - Align partners on goals and design decisions, evaluate results through experiments and performance data, and contribute to critiques and team learning.

Requirements - At least 5 years of digital product design experience spanning responsive web and native mobile, with hands-on iOS design knowledge. - Strong UX, interaction, visual design, accessibility, and information architecture skills. - Advanced Figma skills, including prototyping, component-based design, and design systems; experience creating motion and interactive prototypes. - Product judgment to balance customer needs, business aims, and technical constraints; experience with research, usability testing, or experimentation. - Ability to lead ambiguous work independently, explain design choices, and collaborate across disciplines. - A portfolio that shows problem-solving, exploration, iteration, rationale, and outcomes.

Nice to have - Experience using AI tools to explore designs, prototype quickly, or improve product workflows.
