Senior Product Owner/Manager, Next Best Action Configuration

Role overview Help convert approved engagement actions and treatments into complete, consistent instructions that implementation teams can configure and deploy. This Product Owner role connects product planning with hands-on platform configuration, maintaining clear records and repeatable standards as the decisioning capability expands.

Responsibilities - Coordinate between product managers and the teams implementing action and treatment configurations. - Turn approved business needs into standardized, implementation-ready documentation. - Maintain details for action metadata, eligibility, channel availability, treatments, content references, and business rules. - Review requirements for completeness and consistency; identify gaps or conflicts and work with stakeholders to resolve them. - Keep documentation current as approved actions, rules, channels, and content needs change. - Track work through definition, configuration, testing, and implementation; clarify expected behavior for delivery teams.

Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information technology, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience. - Experience in product ownership, business analysis, product management, requirements management, platform administration, or a related area. - Ability to turn business or product needs into structured documentation for implementation teams. - Experience checking requirements for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and practical usability. - Ability to spot ambiguity, ask for missing information, and work with stakeholders to clarify intent.
