Lead Product Manager, Rules Engine & Decisioning Platform

Role overview Shape the capabilities of an enterprise decisioning platform that supports personalized member experiences across business areas and communication channels. You’ll turn emerging business needs into scalable product work, balancing near-term delivery with reusable platform design and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities - Assess proposed use cases against existing platform features and identify capability gaps or investment needs. - Work with business partners to understand objectives and operational challenges, then translate them into product requirements. - Define features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities for decision logic, eligibility, prioritization, rules, and governance. - Own the backlog for assigned Agile teams and serve as Product Owner through refinement, planning, reviews, and acceptance. - Coordinate with engineering, architecture, analytics, data science, and user experience teams on options, dependencies, and tradeoffs. - Track adoption, utilization, delivery, and stakeholder feedback to guide improvements and prioritization.

Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience. - Experience in product management, product ownership, or a related role involving business and technology teams. - Experience defining or improving customer decisioning, personalization, or engagement capabilities. - Ability to turn complex business needs into clear requirements and make prioritization decisions across competing interests. - Familiarity with Agile delivery and collaboration across technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to have - Experience with decisioning or personalization platforms such as Pega CDH, Adobe RTCDP, Salesforce Einstein, or similar.
