Reports & Visualization Developer (Tableau and Looker)

Role overview This is a fully remote, senior individual contributor role focused on building, modernizing, and migrating enterprise reporting and visualization solutions. The work centers on retrofitting and moving existing Tableau reports and dashboards to Looker, creating a universal semantic layer, and embedding modern AI capabilities into the BI workflow. The role suits a hands-on developer who can pair deep Tableau and Looker expertise with strong Python skills to deliver data-driven reporting solutions at scale.

Responsibilities - Build and maintain reports, interactive dashboards, and data visualizations using Tableau and Looker. - Retrofit, modernize, and migrate existing reports and dashboards from Tableau to Looker. - Develop and maintain a universal semantic layer to standardize metrics and definitions across reporting. - Use AI development solutions such as Claude Code to support dashboard development, data pipelines, visualizations, databases, and charts. - Build data-driven reporting solutions using Python and other modern BI technologies. - Support ongoing modernization of existing reporting and visualization solutions.

Requirements - 10+ years of experience in reporting, business intelligence, data visualization, or related areas. - Strong hands-on experience with Tableau; Looker experience is mandatory. - Practical experience with Claude Code, particularly for data pipelines, visualization, databases, and charts. - Strong Python skills and knowledge of modern BI and reporting technologies. - Solid understanding of dashboard design, data visualization best practices, and working with data pipelines and databases.
