Role overview
A remote Product Designer role on a team operating as an AI-first consumer technology company serving millions of customers globally. The position centers on end-to-end product design ownership, from early user research through shipped feature iteration, working within cross-functional product squads across the European timezone footprint.
Responsibilities
- Driving the complete design lifecycle for an assigned product area, from initial concepts and sketches through to shipped features and post-launch performance iteration - Conducting user research to understand customer needs and validating solutions against qualitative and quantitative feedback - Partnering with product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to define and ship solutions - Monitoring shipped feature performance with data and iterating based on findings - Contributing actively to the team's design system, design process improvements, and shared craft standards
Requirements
- At least 3 years designing consumer-focused technology products - Fluency in design thinking, user-centered research, prototyping, and iterative UX methods, not limited to UI delivery - Strong portfolio of real cases that walks through the process, reasoning, and outcomes behind design decisions - Comfort owning a design area end-to-end and balancing user, business, and technical constraints - Working knowledge of analytics platforms such as Amplitude or HotJar - Eligibility and ability to work from within a European timezone
