Senior Product Designer (Fully Remote - anywhere in South America)

Role overview Lead end-to-end product design for a two-sided housing marketplace serving people seeking housing and the hosts who provide it. On a growth-focused team, you’ll make complex workflows easier to understand and use, balancing customer needs with measurable business outcomes. The work spans product strategy, research, interaction and visual design, prototyping, launch, and continued improvement.

Responsibilities - Guide design from problem definition and exploration through prototyping, delivery, and iteration. - Simplify complicated marketplace rules and multi-step workflows into clear, approachable experiences. - Interview and observe users to identify needs, pain points, and opportunities. - Partner with product managers to shape opportunities and connect design choices to customer and business outcomes. - Use data, feedback, experiments, and prototypes to test assumptions and improve the product. - Collaborate with engineering, marketing, operations, and data teams; create responsive interfaces and reusable components in Figma. - Prototype intelligent workflows and features with engineering and machine-learning partners.

Requirements - At least four years of digital product design experience; work on acquisition funnels or marketplace products is especially relevant. - Strong user research skills and comfort engaging directly with customers. - Ability to connect design decisions to product metrics and business considerations. - Experience designing multi-step processes, complex services, and edge-case-heavy workflows. - Strong interaction and visual design for web and mobile, with Figma and reusable design systems. - Familiarity with A/B testing and interpreting qualitative and quantitative findings. - Experience designing AI-powered features and using modern AI tools in design work. - Collaborative, curious approach and ability to work across strategy and detailed execution.
