Requirements - At least seven years of in-house design experience. - A portfolio demonstrating strong interaction and visual design, with a record of delivering polished user experiences. - Experience working independently with senior technical teams on complex product features. - Strategic thinking and a track record of leading early-stage exploration. - Ability to move between broad product direction and detailed design decisions, and to communicate rationale to cross-functional partners.
