Role overview
A program management role responsible for designing and scaling the onboarding and ramp experience for the go-to-market organization at a remote cybersecurity company. The position owns end-to-end onboarding from pre-boarding through the first 90 days for sales, SDRs, and, over time, sales engineers and customer success. It reports to Field Enablement and Global Onboarding leadership and partners broadly across enablement, sales, product marketing, RevOps, and People.
Responsibilities
- Own the GTM onboarding and ramp program end-to-end, including role-specific readiness milestones and manager reinforcement for Commercial, Mid-Enterprise, and Enterprise sellers plus SDRs - Design, run, and continuously improve a monthly GTM sales bootcamp covering curriculum, certification, facilitation, logistics, and post-program follow-up - Connect pre-work, bootcamp, role onboarding, manager-led reinforcement, and post-bootcamp ramp into one cohesive experience - Define learning objectives, certifications, readiness checkpoints, and success metrics for each audience segment - Equip managers with practical reinforcement plans, coaching resources, and visibility into new hire progress and gaps - Partner with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, Enablement, People, and subject matter experts to keep onboarding aligned to business priorities, product changes, and observed skill gaps
Requirements
- Experience designing and scaling onboarding or ramp programs for sales, SDR, or customer-facing audiences - Ability to build repeatable, role-based learning journeys across multiple segments and seniority levels - Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills - Familiarity with sales methodologies, enablement frameworks, and ramp or time-to-productivity metrics - Comfort working in a remote, fast-growing organization with evolving priorities
Benefits and work setup
Base salary range of $115,000 to $150,000 annually depending on location, qualifications, and experience, plus eligibility for an equity package in the form of stock options.
