Job details
About this role
Role overview Help individuals and families understand options for non-medical in-home care and take the next steps toward support. This remote, phone-focused role combines empathetic client conversations with sales follow-through: you’ll assess needs, explain services, arrange consultations, and work toward measurable outreach and conversion goals.
Responsibilities - Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, typically 80–95 per day, with some communication by email, chat, or text. - Listen for clients’ needs and circumstances, then explain relevant care options clearly and compassionately. - Build trust, invite clients to take the next step, and schedule follow-up consultations. - Track calls, client interactions, and follow-ups in a CRM such as Salesforce. - Meet individual and team expectations for activity, conversion, and interaction quality.
Requirements - At least three years of phone-based sales or customer service experience, including inbound and outbound work. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. - Experience in a high-volume call center and comfort working toward performance metrics. - Empathetic communication skills paired with confidence in asking for commitment. - Ability to manage time independently and stay engaged with a remote team. - Availability for evening work and a rotating weekend schedule, including every fourth Saturday and Sunday.
Nice to have - Background in home care, healthcare, or services for older adults.
Benefits and work setup - Full-time remote hourly position with a set schedule. Initial training lasts three weeks, runs virtually Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time, and requires on-camera participation. - Hourly range: $19.90–$22.10, with a tiered monthly incentive tied to sales targets; new hires ramp toward full targets over their first two months. - Benefits include equity, a retirement plan with up to a 4% match, medical, dental and vision coverage, employer-paid disability and life insurance, paid time off, and an employee assistance program.
