Senior Product Designer - Growth/Website | Deel

Role overview Lead design work that helps a high-traffic marketing website and its landing pages turn visitors into prospective customers. You’ll identify opportunities, shape hypotheses, and carry experiments from early concepts through testing, launch, and design quality checks, balancing conversion goals with polished visual design.

Responsibilities - Find opportunities to improve conversion across key website pages and landing pages, and define the problem and success measure. - Design, prototype, and launch A/B tests; review results and use the findings to guide further iterations. - Create clear, visually compelling pages that follow the marketing site’s design system and brand standards. - Work with growth, marketing, sales, product marketing, engineering, analytics, and lifecycle teams to shape experiments and launches. - Tell product and offer stories through page structure, copy direction, and visual hierarchy. - Share design feedback and help maintain a high standard for craft and disciplined experimentation.

Requirements - Eight or more years of product design experience, with a portfolio showing end-to-end ownership of website work. - Hands-on conversion optimization and A/B testing experience, including forming hypotheses, planning tests, interpreting statistical significance, and iterating. - Strong visual and UI skills, demonstrated through polished web or landing page work with conversion goals. - Familiarity with analytics and experimentation tools such as Amplitude or Google Analytics, using quantitative results and user insight to make decisions. - Experience taking web experiments or launches from concept through design QA, and maintaining a marketing site design system. - Clear communication with both design peers and business stakeholders.
