About this role
Role overview
Shape the experience of a mature consumer mobile app, turning early ideas and user problems into tested, polished features. Partner closely with a product manager and take selected initiatives from discovery through launch and performance review, working directly with engineering and quality assurance.
Responsibilities
- Translate product problems into user flows, prototypes and production-ready mobile interfaces. - Own initiatives end to end, coordinating with the product manager and tracking results after release. - Review implemented features with engineers before they ship. - Design and assess A/B tests, interpret product analytics and plan follow-up improvements. - Interview users in English and use short surveys to gather feedback. - Build or prototype features with no-code or coding tools when that speeds up delivery.
Requirements
- At least three years of product design experience, including at least two years focused on consumer mobile apps. - A portfolio demonstrating strong, contemporary mobile UX and UI craft. - A track record of taking ownership and moving work forward independently. - Product judgment that connects design decisions to experiments and metrics. - Experience conducting user interviews. - English at B2–C1 level and Russian, with clear, structured communication and comfort with direct feedback.
Nice to have
- Experience launching an app or personal product, and familiarity with builder or no-code tools.
Benefits and work setup
- Full-time, remote B2B contract; the team shares working hours from 10:00 to 16:00 CET. Optional offices are available in Warsaw and Cyprus. - Gross monthly compensation of €4,500–5,500, paid in USD. The arrangement requires a sole proprietorship; probation lasts three months. - 21 calendar days of paid vacation, 10 local public holidays and seven paid sick days. After probation, a €50 monthly health-insurance contribution is available; a MacBook Air is provided. - The team holds an offsite about once a year.
