Role overview
Take a founder-level product seat building a zero-to-one surface of an agentic, data-science driven growth platform used by B2C companies. The role blends forward-deployed customer work with deep technical collaboration across software, machine learning, and data engineering teams across time zones.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap end-to-end: synthesize a complex problem space into clear direction and carry ideas from concept through shipped releases to measurable business impact. - Engage directly with customers through discovery, onboarding, and growth reviews, turning field learnings into the product roadmap. - Prioritize requests across a large pool of accounts, making trade-offs explicit and keeping the roadmap trusted company-wide. - Define success metrics tied to customer KPIs and company OKRs, and defend the numbers. - Partner daily with software, machine learning, and data engineers to scope work tightly, ship in weeks, and prototype directly when useful.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, with at least one product taken from zero to one; engineers or data scientists transitioning into product are especially welcome. - Strong technical foundation: comfort with SQL, data pipelines, and modern warehouses, plus sound judgment on AI product concerns such as evals, non-determinism, and ship readiness. - Clear, compelling communication that translates strategy into execution across engineering, go-to-market, and customer stakeholders. - Customer empathy paired with commercial instinct for what customers will pay for. - Spanish fluency is required.

Comfort working across US and European time zones, plus flexibility to relocate within Latin America as a regional hub is established.
