About this role
Role overview This is a senior-level individual-contributor product management role focused on growth, pricing, and monetization for a major domain registration and web presence platform. The Staff PM will own the domains growth roadmap across pricing, premium inventory, secondary market, auctions, and expiry monetization, partnering closely with growth, commercial, and engineering teams. The role is based out of a NYC headquarters with options for remote work within the U.S., reporting to the Head of Domains and Email.
Responsibilities - Drive the domains growth product roadmap, owning pricing and monetization opportunities across new and existing customers. - Build out value expansion plans across premium domains, secondary market and auction workstreams, and domain expiry monetization. - Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to define specifications, execute development plans, and maintain release schedules. - Develop product strategies that deepen engagement, foster innovation, and integrate domains with the broader product ecosystem. - Deepen customer insights through research, data analysis, interviews, and usability testing to inform prioritization. - Set clear OKRs with engineering and design leads and partner with marketing, customer operations, and partnerships on go-to-market, pricing, packaging, and positioning.
Requirements - 6–10 years of product management experience or equivalent, ideally in consumer-facing software products. - Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated experience in acquisition costs, LTV, and growth funnel metrics. - Proven ability to partner effectively with engineering teams and cross-functional or matrixed delivery groups. - Track record of building products that customers love, that fulfill their needs, and that move the top line. - Demonstrable skills in storytelling, communication, leadership and influence, strategy and vision setting, and creative and analytical thinking. - UX-focused mindset with a passion for high-quality, sensible design.
Nice to have - Background in domains, marketplaces, pricing/packaging, or two-sided platforms where monetization strategy is core to the product.
