Founding AI Engineer

Role overview Build AI-assisted security systems that assess and strengthen applications produced with AI. You’ll work across research, machine learning, security, and production software to develop optimization loops for agents and deliver capabilities suited to enterprise deployment workflows.

Responsibilities - Design, train, and deploy reinforcement learning-driven optimization loops for AI agents. - Develop agent workflows that inspect generated applications and identify security gaps. - Enable agents to propose reliable fixes and assess application readiness for enterprise deployment. - Integrate AI security capabilities into CI/CD and customer-controlled runtime environments. - Build and operate the production services needed to support these systems, including APIs and infrastructure.

Requirements - Strong hands-on technical experience across machine learning engineering and production software. - Experience with LLM systems and reinforcement learning or optimization approaches for agents. - Security engineering knowledge sufficient to reason about application vulnerabilities and fixes. - Ability to work across APIs, infrastructure, and service-level requirements. - Comfort moving between research and engineering while shipping systems for real-world use.
