Role overview
Senior Graphic Artist shaping the visual direction and production quality of online casino games, including slots, card and table formats, arcade titles, and other original or branded experiences. The work spans concept development, asset creation, prototyping, production oversight, and close collaboration with product, design, mathematics, engineering, and external art partners.
Responsibilities
- Help define each game’s visual identity from early concept through final polish in partnership with the Art Director. - Create characters, environments, interface themes, mood boards, concept art, key assets, and style guides. - Collaborate with internal and external art teams to maintain consistent, high-quality visuals across game titles. - Work with product, design, mathematics, and engineering teams to balance creative goals with technical and gameplay constraints. - Develop visual prototypes and motion tests, then iterate on ideas and resolve presentation issues early. - Coordinate asset schedules, delivery milestones, feedback cycles, reusable design systems, and broader art-pipeline alignment.
Requirements
- Deep experience creating art and concepts for real-money games, with multiple shipped titles at a high quality bar. - At least five years in casino game development, art production, and asset delivery. - Portfolio demonstrating original game art, concepting, asset design, UI/UX work, and animation pipelines; a games portfolio link is requested with the application. - Advanced ability with 2D and 3D tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Spine, Unity, or Unreal, including both vector and bitmap workflows. - Ability to work across photorealistic, stylized, and branded visual directions while respecting artistic integrity and licensing requirements. - Strong communication, storytelling, collaboration, and creative-presentation skills.
