Role overview
This product design role focuses on shaping user-centered experiences for a complex SaaS analytics platform. You will partner closely with product leadership and engineers to define workflows, research user needs, develop interaction and visual designs, and guide implementation through to a high-quality outcome. The work spans discovery, product definition, prototyping, design systems, accessibility, and design review.
Responsibilities
- Design complex user journeys and workflows for a data-rich analytics product. - Contribute to product discovery and definition alongside product leaders and the wider team. - Produce UX deliverables including flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, usage scenarios, task analyses, and specifications. - Conduct user interviews and use feedback to refine interactive prototypes and proposed solutions. - Research competitive and complementary products and turn relevant findings into new product ideas. - Help maintain a shared design system and style guide, while reviewing implemented work with developers.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience designing SaaS products or comparable digital products. - Strong proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or a similar interface and prototyping tool. - Ability to reason clearly about interactions in complex systems, databases, and cloud-based products. - Demonstrated ability to create accessible, visually polished experiences for the web. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a constructive and kind working style. - Care for software quality, operability, and effective ways of working with engineering teams.
