Senior Graphic Artist - Studio Casino Games

Role overview Shape the visual identity of a growing portfolio of real-money iCasino games, including slots, card and table titles, arcade games, and branded experiences. Working alongside an Art Director and cross-functional partners, you will drive creative direction from early concepts through final polish and set the artistic standard for an in-house games studio.

Responsibilities - Partner with the Art Director to define and direct the visual identity of each title, from concept through final polish. - Create concept art covering characters, environments, UI themes, and mood boards for internal and external development teams. - Produce key assets and style guides that enable high-quality, consistent in-game visuals. - Collaborate closely with product, design, math, engineering, and external contributors to deliver on creative vision within technical constraints. - Build visual prototypes and motion tests to solve presentation challenges early and iterate toward the strongest result. - Manage timelines, asset delivery, and feedback loops to keep the art pipeline on track and on quality.

Requirements - 5+ years of experience in casino game development, art production, and asset delivery, with multiple shipped real-money titles at AAA-quality. - Portfolio demonstrating original game art across concepting, asset design, UI/UX, and animation; a link must be provided with the application. - Mastery of 2D and 3D art tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Spine, Unity, or Unreal, across vector and bitmap workflows. - Versatility across diverse art styles, from photorealistic to stylized or branded IPs, with respect for licensing considerations. - Strong storytelling and communication skills for pitching creative ideas and giving clear feedback. - Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment that ships regularly.
