Job details
About this role
Role overview
Lead the strategy and evolution of a global company website as it moves from traditional management toward an AI-enabled, highly automated operating model. This senior role combines digital product leadership, user experience, experimentation, analytics, web technology, and hands-on execution, while guiding a multidisciplinary team of product managers, designers, analysts, and developers. The position is remote and open to candidates based in Brazil or the United States.
Responsibilities
- Set the website vision, roadmap, operating model, and quality standards, including the adoption of AI-assisted content assembly, personalization, and optimization. - Own conversion-rate optimization from research through implementation: define the testing strategy, prioritize A/B experiments, analyze results, and turn findings into measurable improvements. - Establish website measurement and reporting across traffic, marketing-qualified leads, sign-ups, conversions, visitor behavior, and other performance indicators. - Lead website design and UX, including the design system and the process that connects design, content management, development, and production delivery. - Evaluate and scale AI agents, orchestration tools, personalization systems, and website platforms while defining human review points, safeguards, and escalation procedures. - Partner with teams across the organization on launches, campaigns, content, product initiatives, search visibility, AI-assisted discovery, and the broader website roadmap.
Requirements
- At least eight years of experience in digital or website leadership, including direct ownership of a website and a proven experimentation program. - Strong knowledge of web technology ecosystems, analytics platforms, headless content management systems, and design systems, with experience managing them end to end. - Practical experience applying AI or agentic technology to marketing, web operations, personalization, conversion optimization, conversational content, or search strategy. - Experience with AI-assisted design-to-code workflows and the judgment to distinguish useful automation from situations requiring human oversight. - Ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative evidence, communicate a clear point of view, and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Leadership experience building effective cross-functional teams and maintaining a high quality bar across strategy, design, data, and delivery.
Benefits and work setup
- Remote work arrangement for eligible locations in Brazil or the United States. - For specified U.S. locations, the listed annual base salary range is $155,000–$193,000; actual compensation varies by location, experience, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors. - Eligibility for an annual bonus or sales incentive plan and a performance-based stock option program. - Health, dental, and vision coverage, telehealth, care support, an employee assistance program, retirement-plan matching, disability coverage, and life insurance. - A wellness membership with access to fitness, meditation, nutrition, and mental wellbeing resources, including options for family members. - Flexible work support, paid parental leave, career development resources, and an inclusive workplace focused on employee wellbeing.
