Senior Software Developer — Full-Stack (AI Agents & Platform)

Role overview

Senior full-stack engineer joining a core development team building an enterprise governance and control-plane platform that turns AI agents into managed digital workers. The role spans backend services, databases, and customer-facing interfaces, with a strong focus on the systems that let AI agents operate safely and reliably in production. It is a remote position requiring significant overlap with Israel working hours.

Responsibilities

- Build and operate backend services and APIs with Python and PostgreSQL - Develop customer-facing interfaces with React or similar frameworks - Design and maintain multi-tenant SaaS features such as authentication, usage metering, and access control - Ship containerized workloads through Docker and AWS ECS/Fargate or equivalent - Contribute to systems that support identity, policy enforcement, budget controls, organizational memory, and audit trails for AI agents - Collaborate directly with the client's CTO as a senior generalist who owns problems end to end

Requirements

- Six or more years of professional software development, including strong full-stack ownership - Experience building and operating SaaS products with multi-tenant architecture - Advanced production-level knowledge of Python beyond scripting - Deep understanding of PostgreSQL and relational database design - Experience designing APIs and backend services - React experience for building frontend interfaces - Container deployment experience with Docker and AWS ECS/Fargate or equivalent - Advanced written and spoken English for daily collaboration

Nice to have

- Building LLM-powered applications, AI agents, or complex AI-driven workflows - AI infrastructure such as LLM gateways, routing, LiteLLM, MCP, or similar agent-tool integration standards - Vector databases such as pgvector - Security and compliance experience for enterprise and government deployments
