Early-career position building real product features end to end, with senior engineers reviewing pull requests and supporting rapid growth. The role spans front-end, back-end, and quality work on a small product team that pairs daily with AI tools to maintain velocity without cutting corners. It is well suited to candidates with up to two years of experience, including internships, freelance work, or serious side projects.
Responsibilities
- Ship features across the stack using Next.js and React on the front end and Node.js APIs on the back end - Fix bugs, write tests, and improve existing code alongside the team - Submit pull requests for senior review and incorporate feedback - Pair with AI tools daily to maintain quality and speed
Requirements
- Zero to two years of experience, with internships, freelance work, and serious side projects counting - Working knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript, React, and a backend framework - At least one full-stack project you can walk through in detail - Clear written communication, since most coordination happens in writing
Nice to have
- Next.js, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB experience - Comfort with Git and pull request workflows - A deployed project, however small
