Project Manager

Role overview Lead complex software implementation projects for enterprise customers, coordinating delivery from kickoff through launch. You’ll guide cross-functional specialists, set an approach that fits each engagement, and help customers realize value while keeping work on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities - Manage several implementation projects and workstreams, including solution design, integrations, data migration, and custom development. - Set project scope, timelines, delivery methods, and resource plans in collaboration with customer and internal stakeholders. - Maintain project plans, charters, responsibility matrices, and risk, issue, and dependency tracking. - Manage statements of work, scope changes, and delivery risks; monitor customer feedback and address concerns early. - Coordinate handoffs to customer success teams and improve project tools, templates, and processes.

Requirements - 3–5 years of customer-facing project management experience. - Experience leading enterprise SaaS implementations, technical integrations, or large-scale software deployments. - A record of delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining strong customer satisfaction. - Working knowledge of project planning, risk and change management, statements of work, resource planning, and responsibility matrices. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, including leading meetings with stakeholders at different levels. - Availability to work Central or Eastern time business hours, with some flexibility for European customer needs.

Nice to have - PMP or another project management certification.
