About this role
Role overview A program management role on a Product and Go-to-Market enablement team, building and scaling the training, curriculum, and operational systems that help sales and customer success teams sell and support an evolving product portfolio. The position partners closely with product marketing, product, sales, customer success, and revenue operations, reporting into enablement leadership.
Responsibilities - Design, build, and maintain product curriculum including eLearning modules, live training sessions, job aids, playbooks, and FAQs for launches and ongoing releases. - Own launch execution for go-to-market initiatives, including timelines, session logistics, communications, invitations, and follow-up activities. - Maintain the operational systems behind enablement, including tracking, reporting, scorecards, and AI-powered knowledge agents, turning outputs into stakeholder insights. - Partner on measurement by analyzing completion, sentiment, and behavior-change signals to demonstrate training impact and inform iteration. - Coordinate cross-functional work across product marketing, product, sales, customer success, and revenue operations, moving programs forward without formal authority. - Identify practical opportunities to apply AI tools to automate manual enablement work and accelerate content production.
Requirements - 3-5 years of experience in enablement, program or project management, sales enablement, or a related go-to-market operations role within technology. - Strong organizational and project management skills with a track record of running multiple launches or programs simultaneously. - Instructional design experience building training, job aids, or curriculum that field audiences actively use; direct go-to-market experience preferred. - Strong writing skills and the ability to translate product briefs into concise, field-ready language. - Proficiency with enablement tech stacks such as LMS, conversation intelligence, and CRM, plus comfort using AI tools in daily work. - Data-informed mindset, using completion and feedback data to prioritize work and improve programs.
Nice to have - Experience in recruiting or B2B SaaS. - Familiarity with AI-powered tools and good judgment about when to automate versus when human decision-making matters.
Benefits and work setup - Medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, mental health resources, financial wellness benefits, and a fully paid parental leave program. - Short- and long-term disability coverage and a 401(k) plan with company match for U.S.-based employees. - Up to 14 paid holidays and 80 hours of paid sick leave per calendar year, plus 20-25 days of accrued paid vacation for non-exempt employees (flexible PTO for exempt employees). - Eligible for additional compensation such as stock options, bonuses, merit increases, and role-specific sales commissions. - Remote-first company with shared office space available in certain cities and optional co-working access.
