Requirements - Strong background as a mobile engineer with experience shipping production applications. - Self-starter mindset with a bias toward action and pragmatism when facing complex problems. - Customer-focused approach with a passion for building intuitive products that meet real user needs. - Comfortable breaking down complex challenges into modular solutions with short feedback loops. - Independent working style with strong written and verbal communication suited to a remote-first, video-based culture.
Nice to have - Prior experience working on incident response, on-call, or operational reliability products. - Familiarity with distributed cloud systems and contributing to open-source projects.
Benefits and work setup - 100% remote, globally distributed engineering organization. - Annual leave policy of 30 days, including three reserved company-wide shutdown days. - Equity, bonus (where applicable), and additional benefits per the standard package. - In-person onboarding program for new hires. - Open-source roots, transparent communication, and a high-trust, low-ego culture.
