Senior Mobile Engineer - Grafana Ops - IRM | UK | Remote

Role overview Join the mobile squad of an Incident Response Management (IRM) team that helps responders detect, react to, and learn from incidents with minimal toil. As a Senior Mobile Engineer, you will own and evolve a mobile application central to on-call workflows, directly shaping how responders act under pressure. The role is fully remote and based in the UK, working alongside frontend, backend, and mobile engineers in a cross-functional group.

Responsibilities - Design, build, operate, and maintain the mobile application, with end-to-end ownership of reliability, performance, and availability. - Influence the roadmap and your own career goals by proposing and iterating on features. - Drive initiatives from ideation through to customer-facing operations. - Join the team's on-call rotation, taking accountability for the services you operate. - Mentor colleagues, contribute to design discussions, and collaborate across squads. - Engage with open-source culture, including work that may extend beyond your team's direct scope.

Requirements - Self-motivated engineer with a clear bias toward action and customer empathy. - Pragmatic approach to decomposing complex problems into short feedback loops and shippable solutions. - Genuine passion for building intuitive, user-centered mobile products. - Comfort working independently in a remote-first environment with strong written communication. - Production experience shipping mobile apps and navigating large distributed codebases.

Nice to have - Familiarity with observability platforms and integrating incident response with monitoring signals. - Prior open-source contributions.
