Senior Mobile Engineer - Grafana Ops - IRM | Spain | Remote

Role overview Join the mobile squad of an Incident Response Management (IRM) team that builds services enabling organizations to detect, respond to, and learn from incidents with minimal toil. As a Senior Mobile Engineer, you will own and evolve a mobile application central to on-call workflows, shaping how responders act when minutes matter. The position is fully remote and based in Spain, embedded within a cross-functional team that spans frontend, backend, and mobile work.

Responsibilities - Design, build, operate, and maintain the mobile application, owning reliability, performance, and availability end-to-end. - Influence the product roadmap and your own career trajectory through active input. - Drive projects from initial ideation through to live customer operations. - Take part in the team's on-call rotation, taking ownership of the services you operate. - Mentor team members, participate in design discussions, and collaborate across squads. - Embrace an open-source culture, contributing beyond your immediate team's scope when it adds value.

Requirements - Self-starter with a bias toward action and a customer-focused mindset. - Pragmatic engineer who can break complex challenges into short feedback loops and deliver modular solutions. - Passion for crafting intuitive products that genuinely fit user needs. - Independent attitude with strong communication skills suited to a remote-first engineering culture. - Experience shipping production mobile applications and working within a large distributed codebase.

Nice to have - Familiarity with observability tooling and connecting incident response to monitoring data. - Track record of open-source contributions.
